Plugin name: ChestAccess
Description: It allows you to access your physical chest blocks anywhere on the server. For example, if you were mining on a server and you needed to get some wood out of a chest that's in your base, however you don't want to travel all the way back to your base, so you do /chest {chest name} and it will open the chest at your base without actually being at the base! That's basically what this plugin does.

- /Chest {Name} - Use this to access the chest you set-up anywhere on the server

- /ChestAccess - Shows all commands and information about the plugin

The chests are by no means protected. What this plugin does is it allows you to open chests without actually being near them, meaning that it opens a chest at your base from anywhere on the server. So if I type /chest chest I could open the chest that I named chest without being near the chest. I might be able to add in feature to only allow opening of chests if your in faction territory. I know this sounds like a strange plugin, but I kinda thought it would be nice at the time xD.
