Custom portal page and long term web assistance

Hello,

I'm looking for a go-to web designer that can do everything we would need right now and in the future. We need a portal page with similar mechanics to those such as https://cosmicpvp.com and https://saicopvp.com with "servers" displayed in a creative and unique way, positioned properly and animated when hovered over (art provided). The icons need to hook into factions/bungee to display ftop and players online. It needs to be a fluid page that looks good on both mobile and large screens, too. I've heard this is on the more advanced end of the development skillset, and I've yet to find someone here who can do this.

Other than that we will eventually want a new buycraft website. Price isn't really an issue as long as it's fair. Add me on Discord @ Jamm#2050 if you are fit for the job, and I will need to see past work to consider you. I would prefer if you are someone who will be around for a while so changes can be made overtime without looking for someone new.
