Hello, I am the owner of a server and I am currently looking for a developer to develop a very basic plugin.

I currently have a mob health plugin to lower the natural health of Creepers. I am looking for someone to develop a splash potion, that if you throw it at the creeper, the creepers health raises 10 hearts..
