Custom Potpvp/Practice Plug-ins. (Paying A Ton)

(First time server owner, so please help out as much as possible!)

Hello MCM, I am going to be starting up an practice server (thinking about expanding to a network) and I am going to be dedicating a lot of time and investing a ton of money into it as well. I am going to be hiring Professional builders, coders, developers, graphic designers, dedi and much more. At the moment I had an idea of who I will be hiring/what I am going to use but I don't have any practice plug-ins. I am a first time server owner but I been playing potpvp/practice for 3 years so I know how it works. Here is what I am looking for in the plug-ins.

1. /duel (player name)
2. /spectate (player name)
3. Elo plug-in
4. Custom kits
5. Ranked/Unranked queues. (Item to enter ranked matches: Diamond Sword. Item to enter unranked: Gold Sword. Last a compass to toggle to view other players at spawn.

Budget is: 20-150$

I will be adding more plug-ins in so I will update this thread, as of right now I am not starting it yet but I would like if you guys can comment below if you are interested in it. Also I do have a few questions, if you guys can answer them it would be greatly appreciated!

1. I am going to be using a nice smooth host, should I buy a dedi? Is there even a difference?
2. Is my budget decent?
3. Do these plug-ins seem reasonable.

I do not reccomend buying that plugin. The creator of that plugin, his name is Sulium. It's interesting how 'Culium' is trying to sell you the same plugin. Sulium is banned from MCM, and his plugins are backdoored. I bought that same practice plugin from him, a week later my partner got a message from him saying 'ha plugins backdoored', then he hopped on console ect.


Culium is most likely Sulium ban evading with a VPN.

Check my signature for an anti-cheat, and I personally would recommend Litebans for your punishment manager plugin as it has a handful of additional useful features i.e notifications when a banned alt/account joined.
