Custom AntiCheats can go into the thousands from what I know, especially for what you are looking for.

I have personally tested meow anti cheat by iTz_Lucky in their test server. By far, no anti cheat even comes close to meow.
- Any reach modification is detected (yes even 3.001)
- Any hitbox modification is detected
- Any knockback modification is detected (99.9% hvelocity/99.9% vvelocity)
- Most autoclickers are detected
- Almost all forms of killaura are detected
- A handful of aimassist are detected
- Movement detections are clean and accurate
Have tested meow for like 2 hours in their test server. Tried my best to false flag any check but I could not. Meow is on another level compared to all the anti cheats out there. However, this anti cheat is gonna be a monthly subscription though.
Would not recommend anti cheats which only allow tests privately (afraid to give tests) such as Sparky and Overflow (bringing this up even though both of these anti cheats are no longer sold). The reason of this is because the managers/developers of the anti cheats are "afraid of bypass". This might help the anti cheat for now but in the long run (sooner or later), it will still get bypassed. This is due to the bad ways of detecting hack modules (checks which patch exploits in a hack module instead of stable checks which detect how the hack module generally works). Furthermore, they purposely tried to flag their checks in their promotional videos of their anti cheats (a way of marketing their product) to showcase how "good" they actually are. The truth is such anti cheats just need the right settings or a patch from the client developer to bypass. Even though those anti cheats are slightly above average I would say, they are overrated and overpriced (for what they offer).
Stick with MarkElf NCP configuration if you do not have a high budget. Most people tend to overlook or look down on NCP. But with the appropriate configuration and NCP folk, it outweighs most of the anti cheats out there (in terms of movement prevention). Although the downside is it falses on really laggy players (players with to 2 bars). But it is rare that a player with 2 bars or below would want to play in that server itself.

Stay away from verus, it is way too expensive for how garbage it is. I made a fly for the thing in less than 10 minutes. Not to mention the lack of updates
