I’m searching for a good custom practice plugin. Basically, I already have StrikePractice but I would like to have a Practice that no one has, or at least that’s not too known.

Some budget information, or else information on how you intend to pay for such a plugin. To be clear, less-known but public practice's may go for $10 - $30 depending on their pricing scheme and uniqueness, but if you want it truly custom, that will cost you a significant quantity.
