Custom Prison Plugin(s) - Quote

Basically I'm looking for a quote for a custom prison plugin, I don't have a "budget" as I'm simply looking for a range of quotes to get a feel for the market (no puns intended ) Here is a brief outline of what I would want to be quoted.
Features:

Core Features:

• Rank-up plugin
• Mine plugin (creating mine areas, autogen etc)
• Prestige plugin

Intergrated Ultils

• Permanent Potion Effects
• Unbreakable tools
• Autoblock, if a player has more then 9 of a ore, then it gets turned into blocks of that ore
• AutoInventory, moves items automatically into a players invent when they mine a block
• Permanent Potion Effects
• Disable Weather
• Display the owner of the pickaxe and the amount of blocks broken in the lore
• Executing commands when a certain amount of blocks broken is reached
• AutoXP, xp doesn't fall on the floor, goes into space bar automatically

Enchants

• Haste - Gives haste to a player
• Flight - Chance to enable flight
• Lucky - Chance to drop keys, ranks, items etc when mining
• Chest - Chance to spawn a chest with items inside when mining
• Dig - Chance to dig a 3x3 (increases higher the level) all the way down until reaching a block chosen in the Config
• Cloud - Secret
• Ray - Secret
• Track - Secret
• Pouch - Secret

Staff plugin (possibly)

Everything that's in a normal staff plugin with included features.



"Custom" Features

• Not saying for all those people stealing ideas, but a few custom features (2-4) facepalm

Token Enchant is a paid plugin but you can allow your players to use a economy for enchants and they get tokens by mining, the enchants you can have a configurator do for you for about 30-50 dollars i would imagine just for that. The plugin is about 15 dollars thats the link that shows you how it works.[DOUBLEPOST=1492620876][/DOUBLEPOST]this is not a 100 dollars for what you want lmfao.

Ummm yeah, for ALL of those features, it would be well over $100.

That literally does nothing I stated, it only gives an extra economy for enchants
