Custom Private Mines - Must support Ultra Prison Core

Plugin must support Ultra Prison Core
Features:
1. Refresh rate based on % of mine deleted with a 10 second cool down
2. Pocket Mine item that will spawn in a high tier mine at point of right click (Only allowed in private plots)
3. Mines need to be 24x48x32 or around there so multiple players can use without issue.
4. Tokens and gem to be achievable through the mines
5. Pocket mine needs to be large and same refresh rate as stated above
6. Add a friend to the private mine (permission node such like privatemine.add.1 (1 = amount of friends possible to add default: 0)
7. Remove a friend to the private mine (If possible to make it through cmds for the players) /pm add Pikachu_DT (If default = 0 return 'You do not have any friends added access something like this same way as for pm removing /pm remove Pikachu_DT(removes the player from the private mine)

This goes both ways, same as you don't want to pay too much we also don't want to be paid too little. You're borderline saying "I don't want to pay my maximum amount, but I expect your max effort for my lower amount" which doesn't sound appealing.

If you're not gonna spend 100% of your budget, most developers won't spend 100% of their effort.
