Custom PVP FFA,DUEL,TEAM AND CTF Plugin Needed

Hi Everyone,

I am in need of some custom plugin work for a Towny server I run. We want to offer players a great pvp experience. The ideal plugin would be that of a lobby where they can choose what game type they want to play, see player stats (wins, kills, deaths etc) for top players and also their own stats.

Within each game type they would be able to select their kits and vote on the map they want to play on or also setup a random map selection. I would like to be able to set goals for each mode (ie: ffa would be set to 3 lives).

It would be great to have a scoreboard display within the game itself on the right side of the players screen.

I would also like the data on the player wins, kills deaths to be able to be shown on our website.

Within each of the game modes i would like the ability to lay down power-up items which spawn as designated points at time intervals i set.

I have a very good budget so I am willing to pay! I just want to work with an experience developer that knows what they are doing and can help me out!
