Looking for an estimated cost on a having a custom race plugin created.
It would need the following features:
- A GUI to select races
- A reagent cost to select a race
- Cooldowns for race selection
- The ability to upgrade a race based on a specified item ( A named prismarine shard for example)
- Configurable debuffs/effects:
+ Potion effects
+ mob status
+ temporary effects based on certain conditions (if hit by "X", "Y" action will occur)
- A config.yml file or similar
