Custom rankup and prestiges gui system.

I need a custom plugin that includes a rankup gui and a prestige gui.
The commands needed would be:
/ranks [GUI]
/rankup
/prestige [Gives rewards when you prestige]
/prestiges [GUI]
It needs to work with pex.

Why would you get this as a custom plugin when you can do it really easily with pre-made ones.

Maybe he is not a good configurator
