Custom/rename Server Version?

hello i want to know how to rename version so it show 'Nekocraft 1.8-1.16' like just hypixel do 'requires mc 1.8-1.16' or wynncraft do 'Wynncraft 1.16'

You can use plugins which allow you to modify this like BetterMOTD or NetworkManager. NetworkManager is paid but extremely powerful.

I just want the feature of Custom Version. Network Manager is nice but i dont want use another feature.
