As the title says, I'm looking for someone to develop a very basic resource pack to be implemented into my Minecraft server. It needs to work with a custom plugin I'm having developed. All I need is one sound, which is 60 seconds in duration, to play at a certain time. I would assume this is basic but I don't know how to do this myself.
