BGHDDevelopment is looking to contract a web developer to design and develop a fully custom automatic resource site. Literally the only example of what best fits are ideas is [Censored]'s site. That's what we are mainly looking for.

Mandatory requirements:
Must be able to sign a contract in the state of California.

Preferred requirements:
Vast knowledge in web development and design.
Well developed portfolio with different types of sites as examples.
No service teams.
