Custom Ressource Pack

I am looking for someone who could make a custom ressource pack, I only want:
- gold armor being obsidian armor
- chainmail armor being emerald armor
- gold tools (shovel, pickaxe, axe, hoe & sword) being obsidian tools

(This is an example of obsidian tools I would like)

Budget: 30$
