Custom RTP Plugin

Hi, I'm currently running a server with a decent player base, and am in need of a custom random teleport location.

What I need:​

I need a plugin that will randomly teleport a player to specifically set coordinates, and it needs to multi-world compatible. (ie. My spawn is in one world, and the players will be tp'd to coordinates in a different world). If possibly, but not required: Custom RTP/Teleport sign that is usable with with permission to the specific sign, but not necessarily the rtp command. (ie. rtpplugin.rtp isn't needed, but rtpplugin.sign.use is).

Preferred Commands:​

/rtp - Randomly teleport to one of the specifically set locations
/rtp <name> - Randomly teleport a specific player
/rtp reload
