Custom SellWand Plugin

Hey,
Today I am looking for a plugin, basically we need an enchant hoe to be able to right click a chest and issue the command /sellall of all the items in the chest no matter what chest it is.
We need to the permissions to be:
SellWand.use (Be able to use the sellwand)
SellWand.give (Be able to give someone a sellwand) (/sellwand give (player)
Looking for this to be super lightweight and done ASAP!

You need the /sellall feature or for it to execute the command?

We have the autosell already, we need to basically allow the player to issue the command /sellall but like with chest contents.
