Custom Server Banner

Hi,

We are looking to have custom server banner made, displaying the servers name, a few of its features, then the servers IP;

This is the sort of colour scheme we are looking for: dragonwarsforum.com

I will attach a copy of the servers logo, and I can send the photoshop files too if they are needed. The banner should be no more than 8 seconds long. The backgrounds can be quite dark, but with text that stands out. To go with the server theme, it also needs to include dragons and some fire / lava too.

We could do with it done in 5 days, but a little later would be ok too. We have a budget of $30-$40 to spend on the banner. Maybe a tiny bit over, if really needed.
