Custom Server Setup

This is a quick little post about what i want if you really want more info contact me on Skype. As the title says i am buying a custom server setup, haven't been playing minecraft or been doing anything with servers for awhile but i have some money now and would like to get started on my own server i have plans for in the near future. As of right now i don't want to disclose my entire budget so i can know the true value of the things i want, which is listed below.

What is needed:
- Hub, Prison & Factions Server all connected
- Buycraft all setup and ranks to go with all servers together.
- Website (Not the best just needs to look alright and direct to the store)
- All Staff ranks and Donator perks and permissions setup and ready.
- Clean setup needs to work perfectly and lag free.
