For a high-quality, custom setup for these gamemodes you could be expecting around:

Factions -> $250
Prison -> $250
Skyblock -> $250
Survival -> $200
Minigames -> Ranges

This does not include custom plugins, artwork, advertisement etc.

For high-quality artwork you could be expecting:

$100+ for a logo + icon (illustrated)
~$30-50 for an animated banner (custom)

I cannot really quote for custom plugins as they range hugely

This is what I could think of from the top of my head and doesn't include the costs of setting up a Buycraft page, hosting etc. Running a server is expensive. You can easily spend in the thousands setting up a server and if any of these people replied above me wants to create a full server setup with artwork and more for $100-200 they can feel free, but if you're wanting a genuine, high-quality setup, you will have to increase your budget tenfold.
