Custom skyblock plugin

Well I'm looking for like a custom skyblock thing... Which generates like a nice terrain not just some block, like a //sphere 10 2,2,2,2,1,1,1,ironore

Maybe I could do this, how do you let players run commands as ops? Maybe when they type /is or /island run the macros, /wilderness /sphere /f claim
I want it to be like a raiding skyblock
