Custom Skyblock Plugin

Hello! We are currently searching for a CUSTOM Skyblock plugin. It must meet all the requirements listed down below (It can have more though):

-Quests
-Islands
-Island Levels (Place a certain block and it gives a certain amount of points)
-Island Commands (/is home, /is top, etc.)
-Island Challenges
-Mob Shops (Minions, Custom Items, Spawners OVER Legendary, etc.)
-Mob Coins (Gain from Killing Mobs)
-Regular Shops (Spawners "Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary", All Blocks, All Armor and Swords, Potions) *yes, these are the names of the catagories aswell*
-Cobble Mines
-Mobs have Custom Items
-Coin Flips
-Custom Items
-Minions that mine for you
-Custom Items available to be bought with mob coins
-Custom Enchants
-Guilds
-Auction House
-Rarity Of Spawners (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Legendary)
(Also must go in order: 3 Common to craft an Uncommon, 3 Uncommon to craft a Rare, 3 Rare's to craft a Legendary)
-NPC'S that you hit to run commands.
-Has a Portal to the New World
-Has a GUI For everything listed above.
-Has to be finished in 2-4 Weeks after you're hired
-Possibly add stuff you think would be good, and if the plugin is High Quality we will offer more money.
-HAS TO BE COMPATIBLE WITH AQUACORE!
MUST BE BETWEEN $25-$100 (under $25 is fine too)

I doubt youll get a good dev to do that with such a low budget. Youre better off buying premade.

You're looking at the $400-600 range for a fully custom Skyblock core with all of those features.

Dude, 25-100$ you need at least 300$ for all that features...

With the rich configuration options and API, you can edit SSB as you wish to your liking.
It's also very well optimized, and can hold 400~ players without any issues
