Custom Skyblock Themed Plugin

So I'm making a prison server that's very story based. I'm looking for a developer that can make a plugin that acts similar to skyblock. Part of the story gives players the ability to have their own place/shuttle in space (server is space themed). I'm looking for someone that can make personal shuttles similar to that of skyblock appear using commands. I will obviously provide a lot more detail later on. There are some skyblock plugins that allow you to use custom schematics. I'm not sure exactly what you need with the plugin, but it might be do-able through public plugins. Maybe an alias plugin and a skyblock plugin. Not sure though, good luck.
