Custom Spawn Plugin{TEAMS}

Hey, I'm looking for a custom spawn plugin.
When you walk out of the spawn radius, you don't receive spawn protection when you re-enter.
When you walk out of the radius, you get a message that YOU ONLY receive, no one else on the server. EX: I walk out of the spawn and I get a message &7You have lost spawn protection. Then, when you come back into the spawn after you type /spawn it says &7You have regained spawn protection. Thanks any questions add me on skype. bearded.pvp

Yea, but it's pretty outdated, which the guy who made this plugin says it's a updated version of jProtection http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/badgerprotection/

Yeah I am but there is a bug. When you are on the server for more than 10 or so minuets and you log of and back on, you spawn at spawn.
