Custom Spigot 1.7 - 1.8 (Perfect KB, Pots, Hit reg)

Hey i’m looking for a good Spigot that is based around a Practice PVP server. I’m fine with it being premade or custom made.

My Budget is around 50$.

Some stuff i would prefer is Really Good KB that is also smooth. I’d like pots to be better if you know what i mean and for hit reg to be more responsive. and in game commands to set the kb, Thanks!

I already purchased one from a reputable member that he coded himself. forgot to close this thread, but thanks for heads up.
