Custom spigot for 1.12

lol, 1.12.2 jars increases a lot of the fps, if you could make one pvp-based , with
Ability to set server knockback /setkb Fast Pots Async Pots Hit Detection Optimization , and with a few more features, would be amazing, supporting protocol hack for 1.8-1.12.2
