Custom spigot

Hey, I'm looking to buy a spigot with the following features:

- Good Knockback
- Relog glitch fixed
- Fix for people being stuck in blocks

Version: 1.7 and 1.8
Budget: $10

Just use paper and get a plugin to lower the refresh rate to a steady level, 10$ might be a little low for a spigot customized but not trying to trash.

Thanks for the suggestion! The spigot doesn't have to be custom, it can be premade or if even possible, someone to edit my current spigot which already has 2/3 done.
