Custom Staff Mode Plugin

Hello developers,

Today, I am looking for a custom staff mode plugin. I will put what all I want in the plugin below as well as what I am willing to pay. If you are interested or have any questions you may contact me by Discord at Detraction#5437.

Amount Paid: $5 (willing to compromise. Not really sure how much work is needed)

Features:

I would like to have a custom prefix when the commands are executed; prefix: &7[&cRevivedPvP&7]

Obviously, I would like custom tools when staff mode is enabled.

Slot 1: Compass, to go through walls and stuff. (Named compass)
Slot 2: A wooden axe, acting as a worldedit axe. (Named Worldedit Axe)
Slot 3: Eye of Ender, used to randomly teleport to a player. (Named Random TP)
Slot 4/5: Nothing
Slot 6: Chest, its function is to open up a double chest, and show all players under level 15. (Named X-Ray GUI)
Slot 7: A dye, however, I want it to change between gray and green depending on if vanish mode is enabled. I want the player to be able to right click the dye, and go into vanish, or right click it and get out of vanish. (Named Vanish)
Slot 8: Blaze Rod, the function being a Frozen tool. Right click a player, and they get frozen. I also want a GUI to open up with 9 slots and a paper in the middle slot with the following information: Line one "You have been Frozen by a staff member" Line two: You have 3 minutes to join www.discord.me/revivedpvp" Line three: DO NOT logout.
Slot 9: A book, used to see in peoples inventories. (Named Examine)

Another function of the staff plugin is having a staff chat. I want staff to be able to talk to each other by using /sc {text} being able to speak with each other without regular members seeing.

Extra Information:

Okay, now that you know the functions I want, I want to tell you a little extra that I want in the plugin. One extra thing I want is it to be fully configurable. Meaning, I want to be able to change where an item is placed in the inventory while in staff mode, the name of the item, the prefix when a command is executed, the item in staff mode (ex, eye of ender, blaze rod, etc), and lores of all the items.

Note: I am aware that there is a plugin similar to what I am wanting. I want my server to be as custom as possible so I want a custom staff plugin. Thanks for the suggestions though!

Yeah, I kinda assumed that but I put the lowest price I'd do on there. I am willing to go up if needed.

All you have to do is change the prefix in the language file to whatever you'd like [DOUBLEPOST=1514879766][/DOUBLEPOST]

Use the plugin Staff+ it is highly configurable and easy to use aswell as you have the ablility to create more special items

As said above, I want a custom plugin to make it meets my needs and makes my server as custom as possible. Thanks for the suggestion though.
