Custom stats scoreboard plugin

Im looking for someone who can code a plugin that shows your pvp stats on a custom scoreboard, kills/deaths/kdr/streak/highest streak/top 5 kills also send a global message (broadcast) when player gets a streak of 5, 10, 15..... and also send another global message when a player loses a streak.
