Custom Survival server setup (Not buying a used or resold one)

Hello, I am looking to pay someone to make a survival server setup for me. I am busy and just do not have the time during my exams these couple weeks. I'd like it to be completely setup with 5 donator ranks, a shop of only a few items, (I want players to be able to get stuff themselves.) a Player Shop Place in the spawn for players to sell their own items, a Trading plugin, 3 Crates to Purchase Keys for in Store (I dont care if crates are copied), a Vote crate, a Setup of the jobs plugin (Money payout must be in sync with the rest of the server) and 4-5 Player ranks that players can use their money to upgrade to.
