Custom terrain!

Hey,

I'm looking for someone that know how to make custom terrain to make a nice land for my factions server.

What i'd like is:

Cool trees
Flat bedrock
A little more diamonds then normal
and if possible a flat and i can paste my spawn into.

You tell me what that is worth!
