I need the following:
Custom Over-World, needs to be at least 9001 x 9001
(1 extra block reserved for world border)
It needs to be entirely plains & deserts only
and I want it to just cut off and the rest be ocean.

Custom End, needs to be at least 4,501 x 4,501
(1 extra block reserved for world border)

How much would this cost?

I also want to see it in-game before I purchase.​

The 1 extra block cannot be done that way since we can only add or remove size with 128 blocks at a time.

For your first request, do you want a modified mc world?

Is the custom end flat?

A flat end yes, and for the overworld, I don't care if it's in increments of 128 blocks, as long as there is extra for the world border.

I didn't say you were i was telling him to be careful, it's just using a plugin anyway so it's upto him who he want's to do it. I can do it but if you wan't to feel free.

it works with multiverse it's literally one command which is why i didn't mind showing him how to do it.

He never stated that it is vanilla and I charged lower than I normally do. I don't care if you think my prices are too much. Because I have a ton to offer which other people simply cannot do.

Download this: FlatEnd (2,5k in each direction)
Download worldpainter, open the world.
Go to file > Export > Export as minecraft world ( Or Cntrl + E (shortcut))
Make sure 'Export everything' is checked

Then just press Export.
Put the worldfolder in your server
Go in game ./mv import FlatEnd End
Profit!

that would create a flat world made completely of endstone with flat bedrock and 40 layers of endstone
