Custom Texture Pack

Anyone know who can make me a custom texture pack?

Really, the only thing that needs doing are the weapons, and maybe a few odd balls in there for special items, etc. We will be basing it off of either Conquest or John Smith or any other detailed but simple medieval texture pack out there.
