Custom timed command plugin

Hello, I am need of a custom timed command plugin, here are the specs:

In this plugin there will be a command that has a group name which you can name to whatever you want and then under the group there is a command you put in there. then a time and under that there is an expiry command. Here is an example config:

Group:
command: manuadd <playername> Donator
time: 4 d
expirycommand: manuadd <name> Member

So command for in game would be: /tc add <playername> Group

So when you do that command the player would get added to the donator rank and after 4 days they would get moved back to the member rank.
