Custom Tools Plugin

Looking for a dev to make a me a plugin for my server. The title pretty much sums up what i'm after but can discuss in more details via skype chat or PM here on what i would like. The plugin must work on aquifer-paper/spigot 1.11+ and the upcoming 1.12, will pay for any other updates needed after that.

For payment, can discuss, but generally i'm always open to pay half first then other half when finished as long as the price for making the plugin is reasonable.

Would prefer to work with an experienced and good rep dev.
Might also contact you in future for more plugins.
