Custom UHC Core

Hey guys!

Today I'm looking for a core for my upcoming RedditUHC server, AugustaUHC.

I have a budget of upwards of $50, but I require that it is original (with clear implementation of the Augusta name) and includes the following features.

-Automatic scattering
-Help GUIs
-Config GUI
-Helpop and Freeze commands
-Final heal, feed and inventory removal
-XP clear
-Border
-Golden heads (I will have these specified with the developer)
-Kickall and Restart GUI
-UHC Essentials
-Rank/Tag GUI
and of course,
Full configuration.

I expect a VERY lightweight core with visually appealing GUI, and not only all the basics to run a UHC, but something that goes above and beyond, and makes the server appealing.

Respond to thread and PM if you are a developer, if you are selling a pre-made plugin respond and I'll take a look if it fits our needs.

(I have neutral reputation. I am willing to use any middleman you devise and/or pay with progress of the core. Only accepting HIGH REPUTATION devs.
