Custom VPN Blocking plugin

Hi guys i need a plugin made thats really really good and mostly accurate that can block VPNS from accessing the server.

Bungee version: https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/vpnguardbungee.31915/

You can use one plugin on Spigot and the different plugin on Bungee and you will get more protection.
