I am looking for a GUI plugin that allows players to set, remove, and manage their own warps.

Here is the list of features I would need:
- Players with a certain permission node could set warps
- Players with a certain permission node could delete their own warps
- Players with a certain permission node could delete any warp
- Players could be given a certain number of free warps based on permission node
- Players could buy warps
- Players could manage their own warps in a GUI
- Players could see other warps in a GUI
- Plugin would hook into Essentials Warps
- Plugins would be compatible with both the 1.13 and 1.12 versions of Minecraft

Requirements:
- Must have proof of experience with GUI plugins.
- Must have completed notable contracts in the past.
- Must be willing to communicate and get the plugin right.

I have already made a model of the GUI in a chest on my server, mc-lcr.com. Please give me your IGN so I can add you to a land claim if you are interested.
