Hello MCM!
Yes, I do have a thread design ready which will be posted as soon as the bot is done and the release occurs.
Before the release, I want to have everything ready - I'm currently recruiting sales representatives and all sorts of freelancers, as you could tell by the title.

This service team has a slightly different approach when it comes to sales representatives and freelancers, we aim to make your experience at our team the best possible. Sales representatives start their experience getting 7.5% of the commissions they bring; after they bring enough commissions - they can get to up to 12%. The exact amount of commissions to get higher rates shall be discussed furthermore in our discord server after accepted as a sales representative. We shall not accept any individual with 2 or more negative reputation points, no exceptions; if you have a single negative reputation point and have a valid reason as to why you got it, you might get accepted.

Freelancers on our team enjoy 10% off any service or product ordered at Cybear!
Freelancers shall also enjoy more advantages by completing enough commissions, being the Employee of The Month and so on in the near future.

Bot is currently being made
Until then, to apply, just send me a Direct Message on discord - @Skythz#1234.

Thanks For Reading and Kind Regards,
- Skythz

12% is an extremely high percentage just for a sales rep...
A sale rep's percentage shouldn't be over 5-7% imo, as they basically do nothing.

I highly suggest lowering the percentage.

This is only referring to sales representatives who bring the clients. In addition, every sales representative actually starts with 7% (changed it recently and didn't update the thread yet), the more sales they bring - the higher the percentage goes until they reach 10%. The only who can reach 12% is the Head of Sales in case he's the employee of the month.
Thanks for your concern,

I understand that, although it's still very unfair for the freelancers due to a large percentage taken off them, for example if a client would pay someone $300 to make a plugin (which was actually very common when I was a sales rep), $36 will be taken off them, which is very unfair if you ask me, unlike 5-7% where only $15-21 are taken, not as much as $36, which the sales rep didn't do anything to get after he contacted the client.

Also just a quick tip, I don't suggest opening the recruitment stage to the public before everything is done in the company, that makes you seem a little impatient and believe it or not sometimes these things can really affect the company (from previous experience.)

I understand, the company has actually just released today.
As I mentioned in the previous message, sales representatives start with a 7% cut, those percentages are there to give them the motivation to bring a large number of clients so that every freelancer can have a commission and not wait for a long period of time until a commission in his field is brought. In addition, sales representatives on our team do not just look for threads on Minecraft forums such as MC-Market, but also and primarily actively look for clients which are in need of such services, not necessarily in the Minecraft community. Therefore, sales representatives on our team receive a higher rate than most service teams in this community. In fact, according to Chron.com, the average compensation percentage for a sales representative varies between 20-25 percent in some industries whilst sales representatives may get up to 50 percent in other industries.

Thanks for the heads up, these rates are flexible and may change in case the freelancers feel deprived.
Kind Regards,
- Skythz, Founder of Cybear
