I am not joining or anything but just to clear this up for any sales rep joining. what does ending 13% mean on 5/10/18

what does ending 13% mean on 5/10/18

The story behind that is that Sale Reps are meant to get 10% per commission they get, but since we want to get a little more commissions we increased their percentage per commission by 3% in which would be ending at the 10th of May, and would return to the normal 10%.
