Now firstly I know people will say get a desktop and I say no. There is not enough room in my humble abode to even think about that.

But basically I want a PC where I can record and play basic games like Mc maybe Bo3 etc.
I also dont want to break the bank doing this but thanks for your help because I know nothing about computer terms. Thanks bye!

Depends, everything would fit but a big graphics card. There's smaller ones though.
Wait is there a big difference ebtween the best i5 and the worst i7? Like would it really matter that much

Best and best there are models that no one uses of both of them, i recommend those 2:

I5: intel core i5 4690(k)
I7: intel core i7-4790(k)

K if you plan to ever overclock.
Im super sorry and you dont need to do this but can you find me a reasonably good PC capable of editing/rec/gaming. Because idk about any of this.

You can use AMD too, it's pretty cheap and I find it pretty effective for the price.

I use an A10-7700K chip, it's pretty nice as it's overclockable and it's pretty powerful for a price of like $70. It handles games like witcher 3 and bio infinite pretty well, especially when you combine it with your graphics card.

As for OP, I'd recommend getting a small case, such as a mATX or mITX

Here is a decently cheap build that will do you well:

From the time i were building computers, AMD had a much worse power effeiency. (dont know on the newest shit tho)

AMD is also normally using more cores then Intel, which in (some single or small cored game) result in a worse experience.

What's a rough budget? I'm sure plenty of us could get you a mini-ATX build that would work on your budget and still have nice specs.
