Hello! My name is Expenses and I am the owner of the CynicPvP Network along side 2TA. I am here on behalf of me and him looking for the following staff Positions:​

Position applying for: senior admin/admin

Past Experiences:
I have been staff on a few of my friends server and I had a admin position on ellipsiscraft, a 30 slot public server hosted by server.pro in the US. It was successful and had a few players per day, but I didn't like the way the owners were treating the problems (letting the the staff members do all the work and then having them take all the credit) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Mod on freGurdMC, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-2 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lack of time and lack of good staff (most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server Growing all too much. I also owned a server for half a year or so, so I know how to do the more technical stuff, like configure plugins, install plugins and I could do anything you really need me to do. I’ve been admin and manager on multiple servers before so I know what to do in almost every scenario. I made my server from scratch and I’ve been in advertising a few times as well, I know how to get more people to join the server without spending money and I can help with setup.

What Makes You More Suitable Then Other Applicants?: I don’t know what other applicants bring to the table so I can’t say exactly, but even though I’m relatively young I’ve been playing Minecraft since I was eight and helping run servers since I was 11. I have tons of experience and know how to hand almost every situation. I have the skills needed to become a mod, a manager, a staff manager, an admin, a head admin or any role I need to fill at the time.

Skills You Could Bring To The Server?:
- Advertisement: I know how to advertise a server, I’d even be willing to spend a few dollars on payed advertising.

-Plugins: I have acces to a few premium plugins and I could help set up and configure any plugin you need

-Leadership: I could help the other staff and teach the new ones the basics

-Basic staff skills: I can record anyone who’s hacking or spamming the chat and I know how long to mute/bam hem for specific things

Hello i am 16 years old, i go by the name Xefiy, i have had a lot of experience with being mods on discord. Ik its not minecraft but the same rules apply. I am online everyday for a couple hours but on break or weekend im on all day. My time zone is EST. ik how to use minecraft commands and plugins and i think i would be a great add on to your team, some of my character traits are kindness, and fairness and i am really fair when it comes to video games. i think your severer has great potential and i would love to hop on and play and be apart of a good community.

- Advertisement: I have 1k on insta and people order gfx from me so i have to know how to communicate with them and i am good at advertising

-Plugins: I know run some plugins

-Leadership: I will help others staff and members if they have questions

-Basic staff skills: i know when to kick/ban players when they are spamming or hacking i got that locked down chief
