Introduction

Hello! My name is Cynorex I live in Adelaide, Australia. I am 16 years old. I am here to provide management services to anyone who requires them. I have been playing Minecraft since late 2011. Since then, I have gained an exceptional amount of knowledge and experience with the minecraft server scene. Although I am only 16 years old, my maturity, professional attitude, and experience permits many to look past my age. Additionally, although I have plenty of experience with many aspects of server management, which I will outline below, I do not have any solid experience in holding a Manager position on any server other than my own. Due to this lack of direct experience or even any vouches, I am not asking for any payment and instead only ask that I am given a chance, so I can prove my worth to anyone whom it may concern.

Experience

Although I have never held a Manager position before, I do have the experience and capability to be elected to the position. Since I started playing Minecraft, I have been driven to learn more and more about how successful servers operate. I have owned and operated many servers in the past. Through creating and managing these servers, I have learned a great lot about plugins, how they operate, how to use them, and how to configure them properly. I also have experience with managing the staff teams of my own servers. Therefore, I know how to pick out the qualified staff members and applications from the lacking ones. I have also setup and operated a 5 server network using Bungeecord on a dedicated OVH server box utilizing Multicraft. This network, however, was never publicly released.

What are some indepth things I would do:

Staff Managing:

This kind of management will include Staff Managing as stated above. Basicly what I'll be doing as a Staff Manager is taking care of recruiting new staff and demoting staff who aren't doing their job properly. I'll be making a document and note everytime staff are doing something good and possibly something bad and after a while I'll take a look at the document and see which staff are suitable to stay in the team or be possibly promoted or possible be demoted.

I'll be also taking care of problems within in the team. For example when staffs are having an argue I'll sort it out and try to solve the problem. Also if the staff have questions about the rules, I'll help them to find the right solution/punishment.

Forum/Website Managing:

This kind of management will include Forum or Website Managing. What I'll be doing is taking care that all formats are well made and without any grammar mistakes. I'll also be Managing all sections on the forum or website and monitor if their is no inaproppriate language in the threads or comments.

This kind of managing will also include suggestion managing. By this I mean that I'll be taking a look at all suggestions made in the suggestion section once in a while and accept all suggestions which might be useful for the server and deny the ones which aren't good enough to be implented in my eyes. The ones which are accepted will be stated down in a document that I'll setup for all the suggestions.

Recruitment Managing:

This kind of management will include Recruitment Managing. What I'll be doing is basically just Recruiting people for the server or company. I work like this, when I need someone to help me out, I PM the main owner and ask that person if he or she would be able to pay for the person which needs to be recruited, if yes I'll contact some people to help us out.

Community Management:

This kind of Management will include Community Managing. I'll be taking care of all ideas on the forums and help everyone in the help section. I'll also be online daily in-game to see how everyone is going and if everything is alright.

Another thing I'd be doing is keeping the community up to date about every update or staff changes.

Also smart is to inverview players sometimes and ask them what their experience is with the server and what they would suggest to be implented.

Event Managing:

This kind of management will include Event Managing. I'll be organizing atleast 1 major event each month and also some small events in the main time. I'll be taking care of a post which will include the information about the event and I'll recruit the staff needed to lead this event.

Social Media Managing:

This kind of management will include Social Media Managing. If you server/company has any kind of social media accounts like Twitter, Facebook or anything else, I'll be daily keeping everyone up to date and reply to the Community.


What I'm Looking For

I'm looking for a server or network to manage. Some of the positions I would fit well in include: Staff Manager, Server Manager, Community Manager
Although I am willing to dedicate myself and make every effort, I am not willing to do all of the work myself. By this I mean, I will not set up an entire server or network for someone from scratch while they sit back and watch. I am looking to work with a team of dedicated, mature, and close-knit individuals who will not waste my time.

Conclusion

Hopefully someone will be able to make good use of me and my skillset. At the very least, I hope to gain more experience filling a Management position, and possibly some vouches.
