Anyways good luck finding a partner. What kind of partner are you looking for ? 50/50 ownership or what? If it is 80-90% complete it seems like 50/50 would be a loss for you.

As a Partner i would expect them to help pay bills such as web hosting ect.
I would require $20-60 a month anything in between that and they can apply but this need is due to paying our devs / builders
