Why you want staff :
I want to become a staff member on CrimsonNetwork because I want to enforce rules that a lot of players will hopefully not be breaking. I also want to get rid of all the hackers in the server to make the community fun. I plan to be playing for quite a while till about AU players get on so around 6 AM to catch all the hackers I can.
First reason I want to become staff is because I can do a lot of support rooms and help everyone that needs help. I know the support rooms fill up time to time, and having me on team, could help the support rooms get helped quicker, because I will be willing to help everyone I can assist. Second reason is because On other servers I've seen recently that little staff are on during the night time, and having me could help watch out for the people abusing the chat violations, exploiting glitches, or even hacking their butts off. I feel having me on the team could help remove all the toxicity from the server IF ANY, and make it a family friendly environment.
Last reason is because I'm wanting to help out this community and help it in the future, for it to strive as a community, and stay on top of HCF servers!!
I should be chosen as a staff member, because I have experience as one, and I'd like to take another shot at being a helpful player in a community. I feel my role as of now is to alert staff to help rid of the hackers on the server. As it stands right now though, I want to do more than just alert staff. I want to help other people as my way of giving back to the Crimson community. Now getting on to the main points, I'll say why I should be chosen to be a staff member of Crimson.
Firstly I want to say that I can get along with huge communities, and I do my best not to get dragged in useless arguments. I'm also a very easy person to get along with, even if someone tries to argue something that isn't going to help a situation out involving what the player wants.
Secondly, I feel as I can be a valuable asset to the staff team as I have a lot of time I can give to the server during the summer, I play around 10-12 hours a day, and I play during the night time when I feel a lot of other servers almost little staff is online, so I can help during that time period.
Lastly, I am respectful, truthful, and responsible person. I can own up to mistakes I could make while being staff, which I would try my best not to mess up, and take each step seriously. I won't skip things that I need to learn, because I want to be able to help people with all the knowledge I'd be given.

What you can do for us : Be active and not fool around. I'm not taking this as a joke, more like taking this server as a job. It's a job to keep cheaters and X-Rayers off of the server for people to enjoy. I'm friendly, easy to cooperate with (if given clear instructions) and will never Abuse // Betray the server. Being a Moderator in the past, I know how important it is to get your job done quickly and get on with other things, as you could miss some cheaters. This application may be vague, but I take being a staff member seriously as I'll get my job done quickly and never miss out on things.

First ask the person if they would like to admit to using cheats // hacks // xray. If not, this is my process: Go to Options > Controls > Set Attack Button to RSHIFT, > Set Attack Button to GRAVE > Set Attack Button to LSHIFT > Scroll Down in Controls > Give link to CheatSmasher > Check Downloads Folder, Check Chrome History // Downloads > Resourcepacks, > (for xray) Search up Xray in ResourcePacks > .minecraft > libraries > net (look for minecraftxray folder) > Scroll Down to bottom of .minecraft > Versions > Mods (compare my ToggleSneak to the person getting SS'd and other mods) > Roaming > Java > Check for 'lib' then go to 'localstorage' > Skype > My Skype Recieved Files > TS3Client > cache (check for date modified) > OS(C > PerfLogs (look for JAVA.exe and MINECRAFT.exe to check if the person is using Vape) > Vape Login, double click > Spook Login, double click > Minecraft Launcher > Edit Profile (look for clients) > Profile Editor (look for clients in there too) > Use SchemFucker (schemreach detector) > Make them download Everything (searches for things on your whole pc (spook, vape, aimbot, killaura, xray, etc)

Why you want staff: I want to help out more hcf servers as these types of servers entertain me.
What you can do for us: I currently do system administration work as well as make a few plugins for fun. I have also managed/administrated an hcf server that is no longer. If any work needs to be done I will be able to help with that work load.
Do you have experience in screensharing: Yes I do as I was a system administrator for a semi-large hcf server that went down due to founding. During the time of the previous server being up I was the one that mostly did the screensharing where I banned upwards of 40 players on start of the world due to sufficient evidence in the Teamspeak screen shares.
