Devouch, as of the fact he charges

Tbh, you can't devouch (tbh, I think it should be nonvouch cause I consider devouching is taking away a vouch) him cause he charges. Yes, most mm don't charge, but the definition of vouch is "confirm that someone is who they say they are or that they are of good character." and this has nothing about having a different business strategy.
