Damn, what i should do ?

TL;DR
1) Loaned a server $55 with Roi of 110% in 2 Month Repayment Time
2) Approach the owner 3 months later and server just open that day and owner will add 50%-100% Roi depends on how the server did, repayment time extra 2 month.
3) Approach to owner 2 months later and Mc server disbanded due to server failure

I talked to the Owner, i asked how much $$ I will be getting back in the case of server failure?
He says he are not sure with it. Then i tell him i will just need my $55(Initial) + $60(110%) Roi. I don't need the extra but he say he are left with $1.

What should i do now? Give him more time so i can get more Roi?
Edit : I don't wanna force people but i really need the $$.

Is it good if i ask him to loan money to return me?

Did you send the investment as G&S or F&F through PayPal? The limit for charge backs is 180 days, if he makes you wait longer than that, then there is little you can do.

If the 180 days were to run out, the money would be gone permanently. You've given them PLENTY of time, (3x what you originally agreed, from what I can see). make sure to collect proof of their agreement to the deal in the dispute you open.

If you use PayPal to pay him, You have a time limit of 180 until You can chargeback or put a dispute on him. I would suggest you doing that Don't care about the ROI he will just scam you as the server is closed just try to get your $55 from him. Open a chargeback/dispute report on him.

If he's activity spending money and won't pay you back, then you could try opening a scam report. I'm not sure if investments are covered though, but its worth a try.
