DankMC - Minecraft NETWORK ⇢ RECRUITING DEDICATED Staff ⇠

Hey! Thank you for taking the time to check out DankMC's staff recruitment thread.

DankMC is an up and coming Minecraft Network that will feature game modes such as Skyblock, Prison, Kit-PVP and more! We are currently in the process of recruiting a new batch of Helpers. You can join our Discord Server (link at the bottom of the thread) to have a look at various sneak peaks (server, forums and more).

Helpers are DankMC's lowest ranked staff. You will be a helper for the duration of a month after which you will undergo a quiz to determine whether you are capable of being promoted up to Jr Mod. The quiz will examine all things related to DankMC. You will then be allowed to be a Jr Mod for as long as you wish until you wish to go for a Moderator team. Our network consists of the following Moderator teams; Community Management, Staff Management, Forum Moderation, Event Gang and Social Media. Each team has specific jobs and responsibilities to complete which are unique to them. All teams are managed and supervised by the team specific Admin.

Requirements to apply for Helper at DankMC:

• A willingness and determination for growth and new knowledge.
• Strong team work and cooperation skills.
• A Discord account.
• A working microphone.
• Ability to dedicate time to DankMC.

What will you get out off being staff on DankMC:

• You will be able to work with a dedicated and passionate leadership team.
• You will be able to meet many amazing and motivated team members.
• You will learn how to effectively and correctly moderate a Minecraft Network.
• You will have the chance to be apart of something big.

Your rank is Owner and Staff Manager Admin? That's three positions, I'd suggest looking into hiring a staff manager to do this sorts of recruiting for you.

If you actually had a read of the thread and joined our Discord to gain a more in-depth understanding of our staff system, you would know that Owner is my position/rank, staff management is the team I am in. Every staff member ranked mod+ has to be in a team.
