Dark Galaxy | Staff Needed!

Hey there! I am Plox, the Staff Manager at Dark Galaxy! Dark Galaxy is an upcoming Network, consisting of the major game modes; Skyblock and Factions. (Skyblock is first.) Dark Galaxy is recruiting new members who are willing to join the staff team and help regain a community. Anyway, to cut to the chase, the staff we are in need of are as follows:

Managers - 1/2
Administrators - 0/5
Moderators - 0/6
Helpers - 0/9

Your Job as {Specific Role}.

Manager:
Being a Manager requires effort and contribution toward the community of members. We are looking to have the Managers fit the correct roles, as well as have a good work ethic. As a Manager, we would be looking for someone who is involved with the community. They will open polls for various reasons among the servers, and listen to the communities choices and report them back for implementation.

Administrator:
Requires you to have a excellent work ethic, and must be on discord active enough for the other staff to contact you. This requires you to have enough free time to be able to contact staff on discord, as well as on forums and servers. This role is an assistant Manager, who reports footage of rule-breakers to and more. The Admin role is required to overlook the server, and undergo any minor changes that they are capable of.

Moderator:
This role is required to be active on discord, a lot. This role is required to help other members of the community, and help with issues they may have as a whole. You will be given a Staff Guide, meaning you will be given a guide to help with some frequently asked questions that you may not know the answer to. This means that you can refer back, and eventually find the answer to the members' question. Moderators are required to have a screenshot and recording software, to provide sufficient evidence when needed. Evidence is required for EVERY punishment made.

Helper:
This role is required to be active at all times, and made to show off your skills to the Staff Manager who will then promote with Admins help. The Admins also have the job of looking after the Lower-Staff, and report back any good things about the Helpers/Moderators that may require a promotion. Helpers are in no position to ban, meaning that Moderators are in need of contact if various members are abusing glitches/bugs and in general being toxic. Helpers are required to have a screenshot and recording software, to provide sufficient evidence when needed. Evidence is required for EVERY punishment made.

As of now, the discord is being revamped, meaning that the link is inaccessible. This also goes for the website, which is also being revamped for a new and better server than it was before.
