There is something so simple, it is called an IspD, and a crypter. Cracks VPN's and any ad-Block's at Your computer and proxies etc. I made it, if someone here wants it, I charge $20 for it, and yes, that is what people use to find ur IP, gateaway or whatever, and it lets you execute a file to the PC's Connected to that VPN, that does ratting bettah.

The 'FBi' can't just track them tor routes you through many proxies and then the sites are hosted off shore and are invite only some are public but those get taken down aka silk road

you can't just take down a site on the deep web if there is an illegal site on the normal web they take it down (this means no one can acces it with the normal web but it's still online) I think that you can visit it with the deep web then
